Helping Hands D.C. Inc. is a NON- PROFIT Organization 501 3 (c) dedicated to the professional handling and development of children and teens in the com- munites in which we service. Helping hands was established and exist for the purpose of providing service to all of the community which require our service. This will be done regardless of -RACE - RELIGION - NATIONALITY - GENDER - SEXUAL ORIENTATION - HANDICAP OR OTHER PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENTS.
